My Story
Trarina Paige was never supposed to be a writer. Growing up in Chicago, she struggled with reading and writing skills many assume you must master before creating stories. But Trarina found another way. She leaned into her imagination, her voice, her grit, and most importantly, her faith in God. That faith became the key that carried her from struggle to success, and it continues to guide every step of her journey.
Today, Trarina is a playwright, producer, director, filmmaker, and author. She has written 14 stage play and produced 27 show. Each filled with humor, music, and messages that connect with audiences of all ages. Her debut film now streaming on Amazon Prime, Tubi, and more than 10 other platforms expanded her storytelling from stage to screen. She’s also the author of two children’s books, proof that the little girl who once wrestled with words is now writing them for the next generation.
Trarina’s story is one of persistence and purpose. She has built a creative career while staying grounded in faith, family, and her mission to uplift others. Married for 26 years and a proud mother of three, she carries her personal story into every project she creates.
At the heart of her work is one message: you don’t have to come from perfect circumstances to create powerful stories. You just have to trust God, believe in your voice, and be willing to share it.
